How to reset password?

To reset your password, go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password?'. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder.

How to enrol?

To enrol in our courses, visit the program and pricing page and select your desired program. Click on 'Enrol' and follow the prompts to complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation email once your enrollment is successful.

What payment methods accepted?

We accept credit and debit cards. Please ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If you encounter any issues, contact my support team for assistance.

How to access courses?

Once enroled, login to your account and navigate to the 'Dashboard' section. Here, you will find all the courses you are enroled in. Click on the course and choose your lesson to start learning.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, I do not offer a refund for our courses and digital products. As part of your membership you will have access to a number of downloadable templates and other resources, once downloaded cannot be retrieved. Please be sure that this is the right purchase for you and your circumstances. I do not offer refunds for change of mind or early cancellation.
